The NEO-Budapest Triangle, a megalopolis, home to billions. Where marauding gangs roam fueled on high-powered hallucinogens. Where cyborg net warriors fight with burnt down ghosts of supreme artificial intelligences. Where the aristocratic families of Old Europa collapsed into each other, and where the Corps of that pre Lincoln Contingency time came to rest, in one all consuming MEGA CORP.
The Tehran Corporation has no rivals, has no other contenders or competitors, it is the only corporation that survived what happened. It is the undefeated prize fighter of corporate warfare, and this is in no small part, due to the unflinching mind of Mr Kilgore.
A towering figure, he earned his position as the Chief Financial Officer through his mastery of corporate strategy, playing a crucial role in the corporation's rise from the chaos of Old Europa's collapse.
Known for his cold demeanour and analytical mind began his career in the lower rungs of financial institutions, his talent for strategy and ruthless ambition quickly propelling him upwards. His life changed during the days of the financial apocalypse when he saw an opportunity amidst the chaos. He orchestrated a series of aggressive takeovers and mergers, positioning himself as an indispensable asset to the forming Tehran Corporation.
In the new world order, under CEO Ms. Shockshaw's leadership, Mr. Kilgore became the architect of Tehran's financial strategies. He is often found in his high-rise office, overlooking the drug fueled sprawl of NEO-Budapest, pumping his own system full of the Shroom, to try and gain its insight into the trends of the market.
His decisions impact not just the corporation but the entire Triangle, controlling the flow of resources from the opulent ivory towers down to the grimy streets where the various factions continue to vie for power.
His addiction to the Shroom is both a vice and a means to an end, keeping him connected to the market in a way that few other corporate strategists can imagine. This connection is borne of its hallucinogenic qualities that he knows also fuels the insights garnered by other high-ranking faction members. In a world where power and corruption reign supreme, he sees through the pomp of other lowly executives, to the true nature of the market, whilst his real intentions remain as enigmatic as the corporation he serves.
